£70 per room per night
£5 per room reduction for stays of 3 nights plus
Single occupation £55 per night

The Boring Bit

We are sorry but smoking strictly outside only.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
Children are very welcome – children over the age of 10 are charged as adults.
Sorry but no credit cards are taken.
25% non- refundable deposit to secure a booking.
In the event of cancellation we will do our best to re-let the room but if cancelled within 48 hours or arrival then the full balance becomes payable.

Check In

We try to be as flexible as possible but we would appreciate to know an arrival time so we are here to greet you!  We are a working farm and therefore not always at the house!

Check Out

It would be much appreciated that you check out before 10am on the day of your departure.
