at the end of a one mile long farm track in a very rural and peaceful
location Three Chimneys Farm is an ideal base from which to explore
the abundance of attractions in the South East. Being a working livestock farm and the home of Jane, James, Katie and little Lucy, the house offers comfortable, simple and stylish accommodation. A separate guest entrance leads to, two double rooms, one ground floor with en-suite bathroom and the other first floor bedroom with private shower room. TV in each room. Full English breakfast is served in the guest's dining area. Alternative
breakfast menu available by prior request. Breakfast is served anytime until 9am. Please let us know when you would like to eat and what you would like for breakfast. A
put-you-up bed is available in one room at an extra £15
per night, but only for close friends or a child.
